Workplace mediation can help the employer and employees when two or more people in an organisation struggle to work together, for reasons not necessarily related to their work. Traditional HR processes and procedures sometimes struggle to deal with situations where no HR rules have been broken, but even so there is a problem that needs to be resolved.

A mediator meets those involved to understand the problem, how it arose, the possible ways in which the problem may be resolved, and to agree the best answer for all parties. It is usually paid for by the employer, and feedback is only given to the employer with the approval of all the parties involved.

If this service is of interest, please email Martin Ellis at, and Martin will contact you to discuss how Mediation MK can help you, either in a ‘one off’ case or as your workplace mediation provider under an agreement.
